Terms of use

Who can use it

LuvyAI is for adults only. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older.

One person per account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account.

AI characters

Every character, message, photo and clip here is made by AI. Characters are fictional, even when they mention real places.

Don't rely on what a character says for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.

What isn't allowed

No content involving minors, real people without their consent, or family roles in sexual content. Requests like these are refused and can close your account.

Don't try to break, overload or copy the service, and don't resell access to it.

Plans, credits and payments

Plans renew until you cancel; a cancelled plan runs until the end of its period. Credits don't expire while your account exists.

Card payments go through our payment provider. We don't store full card numbers.

Your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account. Deleting it removes your characters, chats, collection, saved cards and payment history, and ends your plan.
