Privacy policy

What we keep

Your account details (email, username, display name, country, optional date of birth), your settings, the characters you create, your chats with characters and what you unlock or buy.

For payments we keep the card brand, its last four digits and expiry. The full card number goes straight to our payment provider.

Why

To run the service: characters reply using your recent messages and a few things they remember about you, and your plan and credits decide what you can do.

We don't sell your data and we don't use your chats to advertise to you. LuvyAI doesn't show ads.

Who else sees it

The AI providers that write replies and photos receive the text they need for each request. Our payment provider handles cards. Nobody else gets your chats.

Your choices

Change your details and email preferences in Account. Adult content stays off until you turn it on.

Delete your account at any time from Account; your data is removed with it and every session is signed out.
